Glorietas are gazebo type structures at the center of every town square in the Dominican Republic. Sometimes these Glorietas are used as bandstands where the local municipal bands play on Sunday evenings and on special occasions. Parques and their Glorietas are a tradition, which indicates the geographical center or heart of every Dominican town.
Location: Bani, Provincia Peravia
