A beautiful flamboyan scene in Arroyo Seco, a village community, a half-hour drive from Bani. Flamboyans are also known as “Flame Trees” and “Royal Poinciana.” Dominicans often call them “Framboyan” with an “r”. These magnificent trees are in bloom from June through August and are found throughout the tropics all the way to Hawaii. Some consider them the most beautiful flowering trees in the world.
Location: Bani, Provincia Peravia
