Bélgica Adela Mirabal Reyes, is the only surviving Mirabal sister. She was born on February 29, 1925, in Ojo de Agua, Salcedo, Dominican Republic. Dońa Dedé oversees the Mirabal Museum in Conuco, Salcedo. She has championed the ideals of her sisters and has worked tirelessly to maintain the memory of her martyr sisters alive.
