The Manie 1’s captain. Roberto has sailed around the Samana peninsula and it’s bay since childhood. He works for the Phipps Marine Tours as their lead boat captain ferrying passengers from Samana City to Sabana de la Mar and bringing tourists to the whale breeding and calving sanctuaries.
